Residential Utility Work Coordinated With the Site and the Construction Sequence

DS Benoit installs and coordinates underground residential utilities from approved plans and in accordance with applicable municipal requirements. Our work supports homeowners, builders, architects and engineers by connecting utility construction with access, grades, drainage, foundations and the work that follows.

Municipal credentials

Licensed Drainlayer and Water Works Services

DS Benoit provides residential water, sewer, drainage, conduit and utility-trenching work. We hold drainlayer licenses in Hingham, Hull and Rockland, as well as an Abington–Rockland Water Works license. Additional municipal licensing can be obtained when required for a project.

Working from approved plans, we coordinate utility routes, trench elevations, connections, required inspections, backfilling and site restoration with the construction sequence that follows.

Utility Routes Planned Around the Complete Residential Project

Utility construction must account for connection points, trench elevations, crossings, access, drainage, foundations, septic components and required inspection stages. Coordinating these conditions helps keep the site organized and prepares each area for the construction that follows.
