Dennis has worked in excavation, masonry, concrete foundations, septic systems, utilities, demolition and residential site construction throughout his career. His extensive masonry background and related training helped develop the attention to elevations, alignment, structure and finish that carries through every stage of the work.

He holds a Commercial Driver’s License and Massachusetts hoisting licenses and remains directly involved in daily field operations. His depth of experience helps the team anticipate soil, access, drainage, grade and construction-sequencing challenges and respond with practical judgment and foresight.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a diploma in Carpentry from North Bennet Street School in Boston. She is a Massachusetts-licensed Construction Supervisor and Massachusetts-approved Title 5 System Inspector, with additional experience in residential construction, property evaluation, financial management and municipal coordination.

She works directly with homeowners, builders, architects, engineers and local officials to coordinate project information, permitting requirements, inspections and the site-related details needed to keep work moving forward.
